On Tuesday, 27th May 2014, there will take place a lecture about "Homosexuality in schoolbooks" at the Queerreferat. The event starts at 8 p.m.
Considering baden-württembergian's ministry of education's plan to integrate homosexual orientation (amongst different, such as transsexuality) in schoolbooks, there are plenty of people who are currently fighting against these steps to more tolerance and acceptance concerning different lifestyles.
This lecture will treat in what extent homosexuality has been integrated in schoolbooks so far. It will be followed by an open plenum to discuss all kinds of issues around this topic.
