Dear members,
We invite you again to the general meeting at the beginning of the summer semester. This will take place on 12 April at 1 pm in lecture theatre IV of the main building of the RWTH (Templergraben 55).
Enclosed you will find an invitation and the provisional agenda. Motions for the agenda can be submitted up to two weeks (29 March). Motions to amend the statutes must be submitted 6 weeks (1 March) in advance.
We ask anyone who is not a full member but would still like to attend to register with the board of directors.
It is also possible to submit a membership application before the general meeting.
