Every first Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. our plenum is scheduled to review past events and plan new activities. Alongside the general assembly and the board, the plenum is an unofficial body of the Queerreferat. 

1. The plenum is responsible for organizing the service and events in the next month.
2. It is a platform to involve our visitors in basic and important decisions. Even by its long tradition plenum far-reaching decision competences. The organizer inside as well as the board consider themselves bound by the decisions of the plenum and only yield in exceptional cases, if so, with explanation.
3. Through a monthly reporting, the transparency towards the members is promoted. Occasional visitors and newcomers can learn other fields which Queerreferat is involved.
